Ruby Tuesday in Anderson

Worst service I have ever had, my brother in law ordered queso and they gave him shrimp fondue hes allergic to shellfish, thank God we noticed before he ate to much of it😠 Then we were supposed to get refills on our drinks never got them and I never got my sandwich I ordered . My fiance never got the rest of his order. I will never go to this establishment again.

Food wasnt that good today, and the chicken was cooked to much and was dry and hard, and told the waiter and she said she would tell them and that is all? Oh well

I have been to this one quite a few times and have never had a bad experience or bad food. The salad bar is always fresh no matter what time you go. The grilled hickory bourbon chicken and grilled zucchini was amazing. The staff are always friendly.

Salad bar needed attention. Other then that, our server, Ashley Grove was an amazing server. She was very attentive. And the food was well prepared. We had the 6oz steaks cooked as ordered. And the chicken that was on special was delicious.

Best salad bar around here. Haley is a great bartender.

Not busy at all and there were servers running around bumping into each other. Two of us in my party. I ordered a combo meal of ribs, chicken strips, and shrimp. Ribs were dry and salty. Chicken strips were small, and shrimp were okay. The other person in my party ordered a ribeye that was pan fried instead of grilled. Didn't have any flavor. They closed the Ruby Tuesday's where I am from so I thought it would be nice to try again. Never again.

The resturant seemed dirty especially the salad bar, plates were filthy.

Very polite staff,they greeted me at the door. Salad bar to go! Fresh vegetables at the bar. Great place and food. I have been many times eating in or to go, always good.

So we waited for about 15- 20 minutes before actually being seated and then when we were it was in an area that was literally empty.Otherwise that the service and the food was great. I ate a healthy meal as you can see. We skipped desert but I believe they had a good menu.Nice atmosphere as well.

The host was very friendly, treating us more like family than customers, which was really sweet, the waitress was wonderful, efficient, and friendly, the restaurant and restrooms were clean.I ordered the Salmon, with green beans and mashed potatoes. It was delicious, but very small and left me hungry, so I ordered the Fall Cake(?) Oh my! It's a huge, delicious chocolate-upon- chocolate-and-more-chocolate- with-3-scoops-of-vanilla-ice- cream desert! (I'll leave how it's served as a surprise)

Food is consistent everytime we go in. Nothing really stands out as excellent but then again nothing stands out as awful either. Several dishes are over priced while others are a good value. My wife ordered a chicken avocado sandwich. Unfortunately the avocado was turning brown before they brought it out and the chicken was dry. I waited until we were ready to go to say anything and it was not my intention to get a free meal when I said what had happened. The waitress insisted on taking the meal off of the bill. The waitress was very good. One additional not is that while sitting and waiting for our food my Dad noticed that when someone went through the for to the kitchen there was one of the staff leaned up against a counter texting. Thankfully they were not at full capacity because it would have impacted service

Baby back ribs are delicious and the desert was also nice quiet place to eat with great service

Went for dinner last night (1/24). We wanted to try the chocolate fall cake, since it looked so appetizing online. The dessert was excellent and the portion size was huge compared to the cost. I highly recommend it. The server was friendly as well.

Food is delicious. Service is excellent. Food comes out in a timely fashion and the servers are very knowledgeable and friendly. I especially like the endless salad bar.

Had an enjoyable evening out with my wife. The atmosphere was nice (no loud music or TVs, so conversation was great. Our waitress was attentive and welcoming. The Pimento Crispy Chicken Sandwich is one of our favorites (to share) and the salad bar rarely disappoints. Check your receipt for pretty decent discounts on your next visit, too!

Had dinner there Friday night, it was very good. I had the 12 oz sirloin and a baked potato with broccoli cheese soup. The steak was cooked just as I ordered it. Broccoli cheese soup was excellent

It was awful. Waitress barely spoke to us. She had no other tables. Seriously. Just us. Couldn't get a refill. Then the food was atrocious. Grilled zucchini? More like deep fried in straight old grease. Salad bar was bare and had a foul odor. No flavor to anything. Ordered the new Orleans seafood and the crispy chicken mac and cheese. Terrible waste of 50 bucks. For 2 sodas. 2 entrees. And 1 trip each to the salad bar.

The BBQ ribs are the best we've had in Anderson. We split a rack an my husband gets a side and the salad bar, I get fried zucchini delicious. Our bill is around $25.oo With tax. Absolutely delicious👍

Who would think they would be out of regular lettuce? Only had spinach and the mixed fancy lettuce. Our waitress was great.

My while party was surprised to say this was the best tasting food any of us had had in months! The service was amazing, my steak cooked perfect and you couldn't neat the price. ...amazing! I highly recommend it!!!!!

Good food-very good service- reasonable price.

Salad bar wasn't well stocked. Our steaks weren't done and took a long time to get food. Not worth the cost of food. Waitress was the only good part as she was very helpful.

Staff is not friendly and really just not a good atmosphere.

My son and I stopped in for lunch. Interior is outdated. Menu is over priced. Garden Bar was so so at best. My son ordered a chicken breast meal. Our server automatically upcharged us for two chicken breasts though he did not request this. When I brought this to our server's attention her response was that since my son did not specify one or two chicken breasts so he was automatically served and charged for two. She said this was stated on the menu. I asked to see the menu and pointed out that her statement is incorrect. The extra charge was removed. I don't know if this was a case of the server trying to make a larger tip or a restaurant directive to increase revenue, but, either way, theft is not the way to increase income. There were not many diners and most were seniors. Save time and money and choose a different restaurant on that road.

Our server Daniel was great.The Hot Honey Bacon Chicken Sandwich is scrumptious. The Salad Bar was well kept and stocked.

The employees here are so damn nice. And the food is good and priced correctly.

The sticky rib special today was amazing. Ruby Tuesday's endless salad bar is always Great.

Our waitress Michelle was great! My Mom ordered the Smoky Mountain chicken w/the BBQ on the side. It was perfect except that it had BBQ sauce ON the dish. After a recook, the CORRECT dish was less than satisfactory. It looked and tasted like a microwaved do over.

Was pretty good dont know if I will get the same thing next time but I will say that I think it's a lil over priced unless u go during happy hours on certain days of the week!!!

Good food and good service.

Some of the produce was anything but fresh, can happen, what was really bad is that it did not get taken away/replaced, apparently this was the standard. In addition my cutlery got taken away twice and did not get replaced while i was going for some more salad. Real annoying. Table behind had major issue with their steaks, so this might be a place to avoid.

The service and food is always good here. The staff is always good with my kids as well.

The restaurant was absolutely packed which is okay. The service was great. The hamburger that I got the bun was rock hard. And had way too much barbecue sauce on it. So for me the food was just okay.

Went there at 10:45am and was going to have the salad bar. Stood there for about 5 min watching an employee on his phone and 2 waitress walking around. Finally I ask if they was open the guy said no didn't open till 11;00 I ask if I could have a set and he said no cause we dont start till 11;00. I said than why is your doors unlock and I left. I love the salad bar but I will not return to that restaurant

It's been years since I've had the pleasure of dining at Ruby Tuesday, and I wasn't disappointed!! The best quality of a food establishment in Anderson, IN! We will be returning regularly for the fully stocked salad bar alone! My asiago steak and jumbo shrimp was perfect enough, but the side of sauteed zucchini left me wishing that I'd ordered 2 sides of it! Not bland or mushy but exquisitely seasoned. Extremely pleased with all aspects of Ruby Tuesday. I'll upload the pictures that my daughter took of our wonderful lunch soon! The NICEST DINING EXPERIENCE WE'VE HAD IN QUITE AWHILE!

Excellent service from Michelle. She is a wonderful to my family. The food was wonderful. The salad bar was great the best food was on there. The first time going there I will be back again. And will ask for Michelle again. Thank you for the best service Michelle.
